I was going into Diamond GMC to have my 2019 GMC HD 2500 have oil change and there was a squeal in my steering at the time as well. When we get there, I went to Aymie Barnes’s cubicle to tell her about the power steering, and we went out and listen to it, and the truck would not start. We had to push it into the Repair bay and Chris the mechanic who was outstanding five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ quickly diagnosed it as a starter problem and probably a battery problem so I was given a rental car and a vehicle was completely done. No starter new batteries new cable no fuse boxes by Thursday afternoon. As it turned out, the squeal in the steering was a heat shield that had come loose on the exhaust system and was rubbing against the steering shaft so I didn’t have to have a power steering pump replaced so once again Aymie and Chris and the Diamond crew Brian all get five stars for me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great friendly service

I made an appointment. You called at the end of the day to tell.me that you hadn't had time to get my vehicle in. Repeat for day 2. All while I was without a vehicle, no offer of a loaner. I stated that if you couldn't diagnose my car by the next day at noon, you could keep it for another 4 days. At no time did the techs get my car to fail to start (the issue). A wire was re-routed and suggested as the cause (which it couldn't be, because that is inconsistent with the failure to start). I paid the diagnostic fee (not sure why, nothing was diagnosed). Picked up my car, and less than 25 hours, ai had a failure to start. Called in, explained what happened. Suggested that your techs have training and are part of a network. Was the issue posed to the network to see if someone had the same issue. Still awaiting a response.
